R&D Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to provide high‐quality training and support for diagnostic products used in healthcare settings. You will play a key role in ensuring customers are confident in using these solutions while contributing to an excellent overall experience. Regular travel, including overnight stays, will be required to meet business needs. Access to a car is essential for this position. Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
Responsibilities
- Provide training to healthcare professionals on diagnostic products and record sessions to ensure compliance with standards.
- Address customer inquiries related to product use, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Assist with product installations and software/hardware setups during launches.
