R&D Partners is seeking a Senior Health Economist to join a leading consultancy specializing in health economics, market access, and real-world evidence. This role offers the opportunity to lead technical projects, mentor junior consultants, and work on complex economic models across the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities- Serve as the Technical Lead for the Economic Modelling service line, overseeing complex models such as:
- Decision Tree
- Partition Survival Analysis
- Cost-Effectiveness and Budget Impact Models
- Act as the Client Lead for modelling projects, including proposal development, study design, and results delivery.
- Provide mentorship and quality control (QC) for junior consultants' tasks.
- Proven expertise in Health Economic Modelling, with a track record of building de novo models and adapting local/regional models across the UK and Europe.
- Proficiency in building models using Excel, VBA, and/or R Studio.
- Experience working as a project or technical lead in a consultancy, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with market access, evidence generation, and statistician teams.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior consultants and perform quality control on their work.
