R&D Partners is seeking a Senior Architect to support the development and implementation of enterprise architecture for a leading pharmaceutical company. This role focuses on aligning IT strategies with business objectives, ensuring product capabilities and process improvements are delivered within the framework of enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the ongoing development and implementation of enterprise architecture.
  • Present business cases and program release plans to senior management, prioritising recommendations for architecture evolution.
  • Build effective relationships with business line managers, providing technical and system expertise for product concepts.
  • Support product development management in defining IT strategic direction and mapping projects to align with that strategy.
  • Participate in cross-functional product development teams and provide system and technical advice.
  • Stay updated on technology changes and identify opportunities for future systems implementation.
  • Lead or participate in R&D projects, ensuring compliance with standard project management practices.
  • Mentor and assist junior architects and business analysts.
Key Skills and Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven IT consulting or project management experience.
