R&D Partners is seeking an experienced Lead Consultant for Evidence Generation to lead evidence synthesis projects within the health economics and life sciences field. This role involves managing multiple projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality project delivery. You will also act as a key point of contact for clients while supporting internal teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage several evidence synthesis projects at the same time.
  • Supervise and support team members, ensuring their work meets high standards.
  • Serve as the main contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.
  • Guide and review the work of team members to maintain quality.
  • Provide mentorship and foster professional growth within the team.
Key Skills and Requirements:
  • Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Health Economics or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading evidence synthesis and qualitative research, such as literature reviews, pathway analysis, clinician interviews, and technical writing.
  • Strong background in managing and mentoring team members.
  • Experience working in a consulting environment, advising commercial clients in the life sciences sector.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
