R&D Partners is seeking a highly experienced Pet Health Sales Representative to cover a key territory during a maternity leave period. This role is critical to maintaining strong customer relationships and driving sales momentum during a significant product launch phase.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the territory spanning North of Preston to the Scottish Borders and East to Leeds.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with veterinary customers, including independent and corporate accounts.
- Execute product launch strategies to drive adoption and gain market share for new products.
- Achieve ambitious sales targets, particularly for growth brands.
- Operate independently, managing priorities and activities effectively with minimal supervision.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Industry Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of active sales experience within the UK Pet Health Pharmaceutical sector.
- Established credibility, industry contacts, and deep understanding of market dynamics and products.
- Documented history of consistently achieving ambitious sales targets.
Relationship Management:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with veterinary customers.
Product Launch Expertise:
- Proven ability to execute successful product launch strategies in competitive environments.
- Autonomous work ethic with the ability to manage a territory independently.
Cultural Alignment:
- Customer-centric approach, collaborative spirit, ethical conduct, and drive for continuous improvement.
Preferred Knowledge:
- Experience or capacity for rapid learning in companion animal dermatology and parasitology.
