Join a market leading Consultancy solely specialising in RWE, Epidemiology and HEOR studies and become a key member of the Epidemiology function as the business continues to grow. R&D Partners is seeking a Leading Epidemiologist in what is a critical hire for the company's UK expansion with the aim of becoming a renowned department throughout the UK. The business prides themselves on their 'quality over quantity' approach which has culminated into them being the partner of choice for a plethora of Pharma's/Biotech's ranging from Global Top 10 to Start Ups.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities
  • Act as key POC to clients and within internal cross-functional groups for Epidemiology deliverables
  • Lead/support the strategic development throughout the department from a process improvement, external growth and innovation standpoint
  • Lead the development of Epidemiology studies utilising different data sources such as EHR's, Registries, Biobanks and Databases etc
  • Lead aspects of the design and delivery of Epidemiology studies including study design, protocol development, evidence strategy, quality control etc
  • Oversee/QC deliverables produced by other team members
  • Contribute to the ongoing process improvement/innovation initiatives
Key Skills and Requirements
  • Full right to work in UK / EU
  • Demonstratable experience working on Epidemiology/RWE studies
  • Strong communication skillset to technical and non-technical personnel
