R&D Partners is seeking a Laboratory Support Coordinator – Applications to join a leading pharmaceutical company.

This role focuses on providing laboratory support for diagnostic platforms and pre‑analytic systems.

The ideal candidate must reside within the Devon region or nearby, or be willing to relocate due to customer response time requirements.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and application support for diagnostic platforms, including cobas 8000, cobas 6000, cobas Pure, cobas Pro Infinity, and pre‑analytic systems such as 8100 and p612.
  • Ensure timely response to customer needs within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct remote support with occasional travel to Burgess Hill for meetings and training.
  • Participate in pre‑screen interviews and presentations, with potential follow‑up interviews.

Key Skills and Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of diagnostic platforms and pre‑analytic systems.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Willingness to travel for training and meetings as required.
