R&D Partners is seeking a skilled and proactive RWE Project Manager to oversee Real-World Evidence (RWE) projects within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
This role involves managing complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging innovative tools like AI to enhance project workflows.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring they stay on track with timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with scientists, business leaders, and external vendors to achieve project goals.
- Oversee vendor onboarding, contracts, and invoicing processes.
- Monitor risks, budgets, and timelines, and take proactive steps to address challenges.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal processes and regulations.
- Utilize project management tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Explore and implement AI and automation tools to optimize project management tasks.
Key Skills and Requirements
- Strong project management skills, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotech, or clinical research settings.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Familiarity with clinical research, HEOR, or RWE study types is advantageous but not required.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, contracting, and budget management.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e. g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and financial systems (e. g., SAP).
- Understanding of AI and automation tools for project management is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, Pg MP, or equivalent certification is preferred.
