R&D Partners is working alongside a leading diagnostics organization seeking a field-based APS to support scientific and research-focused applications within the pharmaceutical sector. This role centers on providing technical expertise in cellular pathology and histological techniques, contributing to preclinical research efforts across the South UK region.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert guidance in cellular pathology and tissue analysis workflows
• Support instrumentation and staining platforms used in histological and molecular assays
• Provide high-level customer service and technical assistance to clients across the South UK
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Solid foundation in tissue-based pathology, histology, and related laboratory sciences
• Proficiency in advanced staining techniques and molecular detection methods
• Experience with automated staining systems and diagnostic instrumentation (e.g., XT Bond, DAKO, and comparable platforms)
• Based in the South UK region (excluding London and areas north of the M4 corridor)
