R&D Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to join a dynamic team in the pharmaceutical industry. This field-based role involves delivering high-quality training and support for healthcare solutions across Northern Ireland. You will play a key role in ensuring customers are well-equipped to use innovative medical products, contributing to an exceptional customer experience. Regular travel within Northern Ireland, occasional overnight stays, and visits to the UK head office will be required. Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
Responsibilities:
- Provide training to internal and external customers on medical products, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Support customers with product-related inquiries, from installation to ongoing use, including occasional troubleshooting.
- Assist with on-site hardware and software setup during product launches.
Key Skills and Requirements:
