Due to ongoing success, a new opening has been created for a Trainee Accounts Assistant to join the team at their UK HQ in Hayes. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in finance while studying towards a professional qualification.
The Role
Supporting the Accounts Receivable team, you'll help with invoice processing, reconciliations, and queries. You'll receive full training and gradually take on more responsibility.
Key Duties:

Assist with daily invoice processing

Prepare and process customer refunds

Investigate invoice issues with departments

Help prepare manual invoices/credit notes

Reconcile payments and maintain ledgers

Send out invoices and statements

Answer finance queries by email and phone

Keep accurate records and support daily tasks

Help across the finance team when needed
About You
You’re organised, eager to learn, and want to grow in a finance role. You might be studying AAT, ACCA, or CIMA or planning to start. Some finance experience is helpful but not essential.
