The Role
As a Trainee Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the finance department, supporting both the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. You will be responsible for processing invoices, resolving supplier and customer queries, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable (AP) Duties: Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner; ensuring all supplier invoices are approved and ready for payment by the due date.
- Accounts Receivable (AR) Duties: Invoicing customers accurately and in a timely manner; resolving any customer queries related to invoicing.
The ideal candidate will be an organised and detail-oriented finance professional with experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), or general financial administration.
