RD Financial Recruitment is recruiting a Senior Compliance Manager for Slough, offering hybrid working.

You will lead the Compliance function across UK entities, support the Head of Compliance & MLRO, and drive regulatory excellence while developing high-performing teams.

You will ensure FCA regulatory standards, Consumer Duty compliance, and robust governance reporting, while collaborating with Risk, Legal, Sales and Internal Audit to foster a strong compliance culture across the business.
