We are working with a well-established financial services organisation, part of one of Europe’s top 10 banking groups, who are looking to strengthen their Recoveries & Litigations team. The Role

  • Manage recoveries on terminated accounts through negotiation and third-party management
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to agree payment arrangements with customers
  • Support repossessions, litigation, insolvency and cash recovery activities
  • Work closely with external agents, solicitors and trace specialists
  • Ensure all actions are compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding balances
  • Maintain accurate account updates and documentation
  • Monitor cases and respond to developments or credit alerts
  • Prepare documentation to instruct third party agents
  • Review performance and SLA adherence with external partners
  • Deliver strong customer outcomes in line with Consumer Duty

About You

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Collections or Recoveries
  • Background in automotive or consumer finance is advantageous
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage difficult conversations and remain calm under pressure
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Minimum A levels or equivalent
