With continued investment in technology and systems, they are looking to appoint an ICT Business Analyst to join their IT function, supporting critical retail finance systems. The Role
- Support the performance and development of retail receivables systems
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify solutions
- Analyse system defects and operational issues, proposing improvements
- Manage and support system changes, including testing and deployment
- Collaborate with internal teams and external IT suppliers to deliver system enhancements
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements and create change proposals
- Develop and validate business cases, assessing impact and efficiency
- Manage change control logs and track updates with external suppliers
- Coordinate system releases across test and production environments
- Deliver training and support to internal teams on system changes
- Maintain accurate system and process documentation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
About You
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst
- Background in financial services is preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience working with system changes, testing, and delivery
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders
- Confident working independently and within a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with web technologies
