Are you a recent Finance graduate looking for the perfect first step into the world of commercial finance? This is a rare opportunity to join one of Europe’s top 10 banking groups within a highly successful and growing motor finance business. Offering exceptional exposure across FP&A, commercial analysis, pricing, reporting and business partnering, this role is ideal for someone ambitious, analytical and eager to build a long-term career in finance. This 1-year fixed-term contract has been designed to give graduates hands-on experience across multiple areas of finance, alongside structured development and full study support following probation.
Working within a collaborative FP&A team, you will gain exposure to both retail consumer finance and dealership funding operations. Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with month-end reporting, journals, reconciliations and financial analysis
- Preparing and reconciling balance sheet accounts
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and profitability reporting
- Processing invoices, supplier payments and employee expenses
- Reviewing and tracking dealer campaign and initiatives
