The Role

Reporting to the MD, you’ll manage all financial operations in partnership with an outsourced finance provider. You’ll drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ensure compliance across VAT, payroll, and statutory accounts. You’ll support strategic planning, manage cash flow, and lead a junior team member.

Key Duties

  • Oversee monthly reporting, reconciliations, VAT, and payroll
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
  • Manage cash flow and ensure HMRC compliance
  • Coordinate audits and year-end accounts
  • Mentor a part-qualified Finance Assistant

About You

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 5+ years’ PQE
  • Hospitality or consumer-facing sector experience preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder communication skills
  • Hands-on, detail-focused, and system-savvy
  • Confident managing outsourced finance functions
