The Role Reporting into senior management, you will lead the delivery of customer retention campaigns, ensuring customers receive the right communication at the right time across multiple channels including email, SMS and telephone.
You'll oversee campaign planning, CRM data management, reporting and team performance, while working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver engaging, brand-aligned customer journeys that maximise renewals and customer loyalty.
This is a varied role that combines leadership, marketing, CRM management, data analysis and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop a high-performing customer loyalty team.
Plan and deliver targeted customer retention campaigns across multiple communication channels.
Drive customer renewal activity through effective lifecycle marketing.
Work closely with internal brand and marketing teams to ensure all communications align with brand guidelines.
Manage customer databases, segmentation and CRM activity.
Maintain GDPR compliance across all customer data and marketing communications.
Analyse campaign performance and produce meaningful management reports and ROI analysis.
Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, processes and campaign effectiveness.
Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the department.
About You You'll be a proactive and commercially focused professional who enjoys taking ownership and leading from the front.
You'll be equally comfortable motivating a team as you are analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
You will ideally have: Previous experience leading or supervising a customer engagement, CRM or marketing team.
Experience delivering customer lifecycle, loyalty or retention campaigns.
Strong CRM, database management and customer segmentation experience.
Experience using marketing automation and reporting tools.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
A commercial mindset with the ability to translate campaign activity into measurable business results.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
The confidence to build relationships across multiple departments.
The ability to thrive in a busy, fast-moving environment.
Experience within automotive, financial services, insurance, fintech or other customer-focused industries would be advantageous, although candidates from other sectors with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
