The Role

You’ll play a key role in the monthly reporting cycle and financial oversight of multiple entities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing & reviewing monthly management accounts
  • Leading and mentoring Assistant Management Accountants
  • Managing journals, accruals, prepayments & fixed assets
  • Balance sheet reconciliations and supporting audit
  • Overseeing revenue, receivables, and payroll journals
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting & financial analysis
  • Business partnering with operational finance teams

You’ll also work closely with in-home finance staff to ensure consistency and control across processes.

About You

We\'re looking for a confident, hands-on Management Accountant with:

  • A professional (part) qualification (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or finalist level
  • Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
  • Experience leading or mentoring junior team members
  • Knowledge of payroll, AP processes & balance sheet controls
  • Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
