Our client, a leading organization in the accreditation sector, is seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Customer Services Representative. The Role

As a Customer Services Representative, you will play a vital role in providing administrative and logistics support to the accreditation sections for defined customers and assessment managers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordination and booking of assessment visits
  • Liaison between customers, assessment managers, and contracted assessors & experts
  • Processing of pre and post-visit documentation
  • Handling hotel and travel bookings
  • Serving as a point of contact for customers and external enquirers
  • Ensuring high-quality customer service is delivered at all times
  • Monitoring and resolving key processes associated with the accreditation cycle
  • Collaborating with relevant parties to resolve overdue items
  • Maintaining accurate internal records and databases

About You

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have a proactive approach to problem-solving and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in administration or customer service roles is desirable, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
