We’re working with a well-established and highly respected organisation in the accreditation sector, looking for a Customer Services Administrator to join their dynamic and fast-paced team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and delivering a high standard of service.

In this Customer Services Administrator role, you’ll be at the centre of operations, providing key administrative and logistics support. You’ll coordinate and book visits, liaise with customers and internal teams, manage pre- and post-visit documentation, and organise travel and accommodation. You’ll also act as a main point of contact for enquiries, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience while keeping records accurate and processes on track.

You’ll have previous experience in administration or customer service, with strong organisational and communication skills. You’re able to prioritise effectively, work well under pressure, and take a proactive approach to problem-solving. Attention to detail is key, along with confidence using Microsoft Office and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary of £26k–£28k, hybrid working with two days from home + many other benefits including a defined benefits pension scheme. You’ll be joining a supportive, collaborative environment where you can develop your skills and make a real impact.
