Quality Assurance Co-ordinator | Hybrid Working - Up to 2 Days from Home | Flexible Start Times | Monday-Friday | £22-£23 per hour

Core responsibilities

  • Conduct quality audits using structured scorecards.
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Analyse quality data and produce accurate reports.
  • Provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Work with departments to implement quality initiatives and best practices.
  • Monitor performance against quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Support regulatory and policy compliance across the business.

About you

  • Previous experience within a Quality Assurance role.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident interpreting data and making evidence-based decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and IT skills.
  • A collaborative approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Experience within motor finance.
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations.
  • Experience using a Quality Management System.
  • Previous experience delivering quality feedback to stakeholders.

Package includes
