Core responsibilities
- Conduct quality audits using structured scorecards.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Analyse quality data and produce accurate reports.
- Provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Work with departments to implement quality initiatives and best practices.
- Monitor performance against quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support regulatory and policy compliance across the business.
About you
- Previous experience within a Quality Assurance role.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Confident interpreting data and making evidence-based decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and IT skills.
- A collaborative approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience within motor finance.
- Knowledge of FCA regulations.
- Experience using a Quality Management System.
- Previous experience delivering quality feedback to stakeholders.
Package includes
- Competitive salary.
- Hybrid working - request to work from home up to 2 days per week.
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00am-4:00pm.
