A globally recognised, highly innovative mobility and technology brand is undergoing a major finance transformation across Europe and is seeking an experienced Procure to Pay (P2P) Europe Department Manager to take ownership of end to end P2P and payment operations. This is a high impact leadership opportunity for a Procure to Pay (P2P) Europe Department Manager to drive standardisation, automation and strategic change across a multi country environment within a forward thinking, market leading organisation.
As Procure to Pay (P2P) Europe Department Manager, you will be a key member of the Finance Operations leadership team with accountability for the performance, optimisation and future direction of the Procure to Pay function across Europe. The Procure to Pay (P2P) Europe Department Manager will lead end to end P2P processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency and compliance across countries, functions and systems. You will provide strategic and operational leadership to pan European P2P teams and outsourced Shared Services partners, define and deliver the P2P strategic roadmap aligned to a wider finance transformation programme, and act as the senior P2P representative on major systems, digitalisation and business led change initiatives. You will also hold ownership of end to end Payment Operations, including supplier payments, cash disbursements and operational cash collections, while driving automation, digitisation and best practice process design across P2P and payments. Strong governance, SOX compliance and audit readiness will form a key part of the role.
This role will suit a senior P2P professional with experience operating at European level within a large multinational organisation. You will bring proven experience as a Procure to Pay (P2P) Europe Department Manager or senior P2P Process Owner, strong people leadership capability with experience managing geographically dispersed teams, and a background working with Shared Services or BPO environments. You will have a strong control and compliance mindset, experience delivering process optimisation and transformation initiatives, and the ability to communicate effectively across Finance, Procurement, IT and senior stakeholder groups. Experience with systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, Concur or VIM and an additional European language would be advantageous.
This opportunity offers a salary of £75,000 to £85,000, a company car and a competitive benefits package.
