Core responsibilities: Lead contact for client portfolio, providing excellent service Prepare/review FRS105 FRS102 accounts and corporation tax returns Support and review junior staff output, offering constructive feedback Prepare VAT returns, management accounts, and forecasts Complete self-assessment returns for individuals and partnerships Monitor scope changes and manage pricing via structured proposals Maintain accurate progress in practice management tools Respond to client emails within 48 hours (sooner for VIPs) Learn firm systems and suggest process improvements
