Key Responsibilities
- Deliver good outcomes for retail customers, ensuring products and services provide fit-for-purpose value.
- Identify and support customers in vulnerable circumstances, adapting your approach to their needs.
- Manage customer and retailer issues through to resolution, removing friction points in the user journey.
- Execute in-life contract changes, including early settlements, maturities, refinancing, and refunds.
- Resolve customer and retailer inquiries with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure data accuracy and timely payment allocations.
- Conduct professional outbound calls and manage correspondence to maintain strong relationships.
- Proactively manage work queues and escalate potential backlogs to meet departmental KPIs.

About You
- Recent graduate with a 2:1 BA/BSc degree, ideally in Business, though other numerate disciplines are welcome.
- Previous experience in finance or consumer operations is desirable.

- Strong communicator, resilient under pressure, and able to balance empathy with assertiveness.
