The Role
As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client payrolls, ensuring all payrolls are processed accurately and on time while delivering excellent client service. Working alongside an experienced payroll team, you'll also support Auto-Enrolment administration and build strong relationships with clients across a wide range of industries.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Duties
- Processing and managing weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly and monthly payrolls for a diverse client portfolio.
- Setting up new starters and processing leavers.
- Processing salary amendments and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Managing payrolls from receipt of client information through to completion.
- Producing and issuing payslips, P45s and payroll reports.
- Ensuring payroll information is accurate and fully up to date.
- Reconciling HMRC accounts and liaising directly with HMRC on behalf of clients. xgikmsk
