Colourist (Contract - Immediate Start)

RD is a global content production agency, creating and producing campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands. Our clients are wide-ranging, including F1, travel, fashion, energy, sustainability, financial institutions and the video games industry amongst others!
We’re looking for a Colourist to join us onsite at our Holborn office, starting immediately for a 4-week contract. You’ll be working across a dynamic slate of content, from cinematic brand films and global campaigns to social edits and pitch visuals. We’re after someone who brings both technical precision and creative flair, able to elevate visual narratives through colour, tone, and texture.
You’ll collaborate closely with our directors, editors and creative leads, working fast and intuitively, with an understanding of modern workflows and a strong eye for aesthetic detail.
Experience & Skills- Expert in DaVinci Resolve (essential)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro (essential), particularly for colour pipeline integration
- Solid understanding of colour pipelines, grading for various delivery formats, and broadcast-safe practices
- Experience working with shared/NAS workflows and remote conform
- Confident using AI tools to support grading, versioning, or look development
- Comfortable working live with editors, directors, and clients in a fast-paced environment
- A strong visual sensibility with a portfolio that showcases cinematic style and versatility
