Senior Producer

We\’re hiring a Senior Producer (London-based – on-site with travel)

RD Content is a global creative production company working at the intersection of storytelling, technology and craft. From London to New York, Singapore to Abu Dhabi, we produce high-end films, commercials and branded content for world-class clients across every sector.

Alongside our production company, we also operate RD Studios, one of London’s premier sound stages; RD Rentals, a fully stocked camera and lighting rental operation; and RD Post, offering VFX, colour, sound, and cutting-edge AI-driven post-production.

At RD, no two projects are the same. One month it’s an international roadshow across multiple time zones, the next a VP shoot in our film studios or an AI and animation‑heavy campaign with complex post‑production needs.

We’re looking for a Senior Producer who can take ownership of large-scale productions and deliver them with confidence. You’ll work directly with clients, manage complex logistics and ensure every moving part stays on track from pre-production to final delivery.

You’ll need to be:

• A senior-level Producer with experience leading large, multifaceted projects
• A personable filmmaker who brings passion to every project and consistently pushes for the highest standards.
• Confident managing budgets of £500k+ and delivering on time and on target
• Comfortable working directly with senior clients and managing evolving needs
• Experienced with international production (Middle East experience is a strong plus)
• Familiar with post-production workflows (animation, AI tools, VFX, edit) and able to liaise confidently with creative and technical teams
• A proactive problem-solver who takes full ownership from treatment to delivery
• Calm, proactive, commercially aware and collaborative by nature
• Based in London, happy to work in our Central London office, with flexibility to travel internationally

A shortlist of candidates will be invited to have video interviews. We intend to select 3 candidates for in-person interviews at our Holborn office. Candidates who submit covering letters are preferred.
