We’re looking for a Production Coordinator who thrives on organisation and detail. Someone who genuinely enjoys keeping productions running smoothly through well-planned schedules, detailed documentation and strong communication. You’ll join a fast-paced, ambitious content agency in the heart of London, supporting world-class creative with strong production organisation.
This role suits someone who is naturally organised – the kind of person who enjoys a well-built spreadsheet, spots inconsistencies before they become issues and takes pride in things being accurate, up-to-date and properly tracked.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting senior producers across large-scale projects, from prep through to post, ensuring every detail is accounted for
- Taking ownership of smaller shoots and projects, managing them with confidence and structure
- Creating, maintaining, and updating production schedules, call sheets, crew lists and all supporting paperwork
- Coordinating crew, kit, talent, travel, and locations (both local and international)
- Managing on-set logistics to ensure shoots run smoothly, efficiently and on schedule
- Acting as a central point of organisation between creative, shoot, post, and studio teams
- Owning project admin, budget trackers, cost reports and reconciliations, keeping everything accurate and clearly documented
- Staying calm under pressure, solving problems and keeping productions on track through good planning
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role within a production or creative agency
- Proven ability to run small shoots independently with strong organisational control
- On-set experience and understanding of production workflows
- Highly organised, detail-driven and proactive by nature
- Someone who enjoys planning, structuring and maintaining systems (schedules, trackers, spreadsheets, documents)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Comfortable working with budgeting and scheduling tools
- Proficiency in Apple and Microsoft systems; Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- A full UK driver’s licence
- Willingness to travel internationally when required
Location: On-site in London (Holborn) with potential for international travel
Salary: £29,000 – £33,000
