We’re hiring a full-time Creative Designer to lead design across a wide range of brand and campaign work - from pitches and decks to social and OOH. This role calls for a designer who’s comfortable stepping into the creative process, bringing visual solutions and original ideas to the table across a variety of projects. We’re looking for a designer who can read between the lines of a brief. Someone who understands the challenge, not just the aesthetic. You know how to make design decisions that meet client objectives and serve both the idea and the audience to deliver standout work across industries like F1, fashion, sustainability, and finance.

RD is a full-service creative agency and film production company, working with some of the world’s biggest brands. We have offices in London, Abu Dhabi, New York, and Singapore, and state-of-the-art film studios in West London. This role is permanent and on-site Monday-Friday in our Holborn, London HQ.

What you’ll do

  • Design across a range of formats: OOH, social, digital, branding, and pitch proposals and more.
  • Bring creative thinking to the table - offering more than just execution, but ideas and opinions too.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop visual narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Convert client briefs and strategy into elegant, effective design solutions.
  • Build out presentations that feel clear, premium, and persuasive using PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides.
  • Stay adaptable, switching between industries, design styles and tone of voice depending on the project.
  • Keep learning and pushing your craft, from typography and layout to motion and AI-assisted workflows.

What we’re looking for

  • A strong, versatile portfolio showing creative design across digital and print.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Presentation design skills in PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote.
  • Confidence in your visual decisions, and a willingness to voice your ideas in a team setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive attitude.
  • A commercial mindset: you understand what design needs to do, not just how it looks.
  • 3D design capabilities or interest in learning (Cinema4D, Blender, etc.).
  • Fluency in generative AI tools for image-making, exploration or iteration.
  • Motion or animation experience (After Effects or similar).
  • Experience working across industries like fashion, F1, finance, or sustainability.

How to apply

Please submit your CV which includes a link to your portfolio showcasing a range of design work (we’d love to see pitch decks, brand campaigns, and anything that shows your personality). On-site role at our London office (Holborn).
