Join our Elite Team at RD Clinics â where passion meets performance. Immediate start at our brandânew Clinic & thriving Lavender Hill location! Fullâtime or partâtime hours available. We are looking for exceptional sports & softâtissue therapists, offering 3â5 shifts per week of approx. 6 hours per shift. Must be available to work weekends (very busy shifts).
We are seeking driven, selfâmotivated therapists who excel at delivering outstanding handsâon treatments and building lasting client relationships. If you are proactive, passionate about helping others, and ready to grow, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:- Deliver expertâlevel sports massage and a range of softâtissue treatments.
- Build and retain a strong client base through exceptional care and communication.
- Actively promote your services and contribute to clinic growth.
- Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Work closely with your General Manager on retention, package sales, and performance growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage techniques to enhance service offerings.
- Minimum Level 3 sportsâmassage qualification and full insurance.
- Handsâon experience and proven results.
- Additional skills in one or more of: dry cupping, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, pregnancy massage, or dry needling.
- Ability to work 3â5 shifts/week either AM or PM, including weekends.
- Strong client communication, retention, and relationshipâbuilding skills.
- A proactive, businessâoriented attitude with a desire to grow your client base.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Commissionâbased pay: ÂŁ12 â ÂŁ35 per client (30â90 min) depending on duration of treatment.
- Consistent weekly hours: guaranteed 20â40 hrs per week, with option for overtime.
- Shifts: set weekly pattern of 3â5 shifts per week, approx. 6 hrs per shift covering MondayâSunday.
- Supportive management: dedicated management will support you and encourage CPD courses.
- Great locations: two fantastic sites within Clapham, London, offering gym classes, coffee hubs, and supportive teams.
Note: This is a selfâemployed role; you must have your own certificates & insurance.
