Rose Communications Group, through its RCUK Retail Team, is seeking a Retail Team Leader in Salford/Manchester to drive in-store sales and supervise staff. You will ensure high standards of customer service, product knowledge and branch performance.
You will work closely with the Head of Retail and the Head of Product to train staff on product specs, promote cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and maintain stock integrity while safeguarding data security.
