Key Responsibilities
- Work with cross‑functional teams to understand workflows and identify inefficiencies.
- Map and document processes; propose and implement improvements using technology.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable requests for developers.
- Oversee the configuration and ongoing maintenance of business‑critical systems.
- Support systems integration, automation, and the implementation of new tools or platforms.
- Support process improvement by recommending ways to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, or speed up workflows.
- Track projects and actions to ensure operational improvements are delivered.
- Document processes and procedures so teams have clear guidance.

Skills & Experience
- 3+ years in an operations or business analyst role (or similar).
- Strong technical understanding of software platforms, integrations, and process automation.
- Able to confidently communicate with both technical teams (developers) and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience gathering and translating requirements.
- Proven ability to gather and communicate technical requirements between teams.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with automation tools, low‑code/no‑code platforms, or basic scripting.
- Development experience or working knowledge of APIs and databases.
