We are seeking a highly organised and technically capable Operations Analyst to support the operational needs of our growing business.
This role involves working across departments to streamline processes, manage systems, and help drive technology-based solutions that improve business efficiency.
You’ll act as a key link between business teams and developers, ensuring that operational needs are clearly translated into actionable technical requirements.
This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who is tech‑savvy, resourceful, and comfortable working across both people and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with cross‑functional teams to understand workflows and identify inefficiencies.
- Map and document processes; propose and implement improvements using technology.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable requests for developers.
- Oversee the configuration and ongoing maintenance of business‑critical systems.
- Support systems integration, automation, and the implementation of new tools or platforms.
- Support process improvement by recommending ways to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, or speed up workflows.
- Track projects and actions to ensure operational improvements are delivered.
- Document processes and procedures so teams have clear guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of software licences, platforms, and system documentation.
- Coordinate with external IT providers or development teams for more complex needs or projects.
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years in an operations or business analyst role (or similar).
- Strong technical understanding of software platforms, integrations, and process automation.
- Able to confidently communicate with both technical teams (developers) and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience gathering and translating requirements.
- Proven ability to gather and communicate technical requirements between teams.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with automation tools, low‑code/no‑code platforms, or basic scripting.
- Development experience or working knowledge of APIs and databases.
