About Farillio

Farillio is an ambitious legal and business tech company helping SMEs, landlords and individuals navigate everyday challenges and major life events through smart technology and expert-led content. With over 3.3 million licences, strong user satisfaction and exciting growth plans, we’re building a platform designed to make trusted support more accessible when people need it most.

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to own a meaningful slice of Farillio end-to-end reporting to the Head of Product. You will work alongside technology, design, publishing, sales and customer success to create, deliver and improve features that customers love and that move the business forward. We are looking for someone who has practical experience of product management and is now looking to make a big impact in shaping the future of the business. This is a hands-on role in a small team. You will operate across discovery and delivery, take a real lead on our AI-powered features, and bring discipline to how we measure what we launch. We’re looking for someone who wants to make a difference, can shape a problem, write a clear brief, partner with technology to deliver it, and then read the data to learn what to do next.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and deliver product initiatives and features
  • Tell the product and user’s story
  • Lead an A1 workstream (no line management responsibility)
  • Use evidence to drive results
  • Work cross functionally

Skills and experience - essential for this role

  • At least three years of product management experience.
  • Genuine fluency with AI and LLM products including an understanding of scoping, prompts, evals. This may have developed or built in your day-to-day work or personally (we will be looking for relevant examples).
  • You can articulate where AI helps and where it does not, including an awareness of the risks and considerations of speed of implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with dashboards, metrics. Metabase or similar BI experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written communication. You can write a brief, a spec or a customer-facing comms doc that lands first time.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and small-team realities. You will wear multiple hats, own outcomes rather than outputs, and be willing to innovate, with the support of our teams.
  • A real care for the customer's experience and the discipline to push for detail when it matters.
  • Track record of working productively with technology, design and content or editorial teams.

Other skills and experience (advantage but not essential)

  • Experience in legal tech, regtech, edtech or another content-driven domain.
  • Background working at a small or scaling company (sub-50 people).
  • Experience designing or commissioning user research.
  • Some exposure to design or content tooling.
