Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our established European Bid Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting major opportunities across our Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, working on large-scale and high-value bids across a diverse range of sectors.

As part of an international multidisciplinary consultancy, you will be supported to develop your full career potential within a highly collaborative environment. In this role, you will: Lead complex, multidisciplinary bids from opportunity capture through to submissionDevelop bid and win strategies that maximise success on strategic opportunitiesBuild strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders across the businessWork with technical specialists to develop compelling, high-scoring proposal contentManage bid programmes, reviews, governance processes and approvalsContribute to continuous improvement, lessons learned and bid library developmentSupport presentations, interviews and mentoring activities within the wider bid teamRewards & BenefitsSLR's 'One Team' culture is at the heart of our business, providing a collaborative and supportive environment where people can develop and grow.
