Job Description / Duties
- Read, understand, and implement blueprints
- Work with all necessary building materials
- Understand building codes and standards
- Frame walls, sheer floors, roofs, layout walls, joists, trusses, stairs
- Install casework, accessories, windows, door jams, and hardware
- Set and strip forms
- Work long hours/weekends when needed
- Strong communication, time management, and leadership
- Daily maintenance of equipment/tools
