Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as a trusted financial partner to a varied group of external stakeholders and customers
- Taking a lead on month-end, management accounts, and financial reporting processes
- Overseeing and developing a high-performing team
- Ensuring technical excellence across controls, compliance, reporting, and governance
- Engaging and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders with confidence and clarity
- Supporting company expansion, including new operating models, new regions, and scalable processes
- Bringing ideas to the table - challenging, improving, and enhancing how things are done
- Driving efficiencies through improved workflows, automation, and smarter reporting
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, and commercial analysis
- Leading on year-end processes, audit preparation, and external partner relationships
- Presenting financial insights in a clear, impactful, and commercially relevant way
Candidates Qualifications, Skills and Attributes:
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified
- Strong technical grounding with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, partners, or multi-entity environments
- Confident communicator able to influence and engage at all levels
- Naturally inquisitive and forward-thinking - someone who challenges the status quo
