We’re looking for an organised, people-focused HR & Recruitment Administrator who loves keeping things moving, keeping people informed, and keeping processes tidy. What you’ll be doing
This role is right at the heart of a high-volume recruitment team supporting candidates, coordinating interviews and assessments, and making sure all the checks and updates happen smoothly and on time.
Your core responsibilities:
- Managing a large pipeline of applicants and progressing them through predefined recruitment stages
- Reviewing applications and checking key criteria of the job brief
- Booking and conducting interviews to build a flourishing talent pool
- Handling a busy inbox and answering candidate queries
- Making outbound calls to support applicants, ensuring that compliance and onboarding documents are completed
- Conducting scheduled check-in calls post placement to offer support on any queries & assistance
- Verifying Right to Work documents, Share Codes, and DBS documentation
- Working closely with internal teams to obtain briefs from hiring managers and ensure talent pipeline goals are met for high volume roles.
- Keeping recruitment spreadsheets and tracking logs updated
What you’ll bring

You’ll be provided with:

Working patterns
Monday – Friday (working shifts of either 8am – 4pm or 9.30am – 5.30pm)
The role requires attendance to Birmingham offices throughout your training and onboarding period and then offers hybrid, 4 days in office and 1 day working from home.
