If you’re a natural leader with solid events agency experience this is such an exciting opportunity! Reporting into the MD you will have responsibility for a team of 14 (6 x direct line reports) and the role will see you:
- Overseeing resource planning (ensuring first class event delivery)
- Mentoring and empowering the team
- Managing performance reviews
- Supporting MD/account directors with new briefs and pitches
- Leading on budget sign off
- Working directly with the MD on forecasting/high-level planning
