An exciting contract opportunity has arisen with a well-established in-house corporate client in the financial services sector. This role offers a supportive environment with opportunities for learning and progression. The successful candidate will coordinate events and support marketing activities within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting marketing activities and events, including sending invitations and managing responses
- Leading event and marketing administration and processes
- Maintaining up-to-date web pages with marketing and event communications
- Managing the daily event mailbox
- Handling gifting and corporate hospitality administration
Candidate Profile
We seek a detail-oriented individual who enjoys building relationships and is eager to develop in marketing and events. The role requires strong administrative skills, ideally with some marketing experience. Salesforce experience would be a significant advantage. The ability to manage multiple tasks proactively is essential.
Work Arrangement
This role is based three days per week in the London office and two days remote.
