You will join a London-based team currently overseeing a broad portfolio of subscription line and asset-backed leverage facilities, with significant expansion possible as the firm scales and streamlines its financing capabilities.
This position focuses on the monitoring and management of sophisticated ABL and NAV-related financing solutions, ensuring transparency across complex cash waterfalls. A key element of this role involves the drive to automate data flows and build robust reporting frameworks to support the platform's leverage and liquidity strategies. You will collaborate directly with Treasury, Finance, and external partners to maintain high-integrity reporting standards.
You will be involved in:
- Driving the monitoring and preparation of borrowing base files for both monthly and quarterly reporting cycles across ABL and subscription line facilities.
- Overseeing complex cash movements and waterfalls for secured accounts, ensuring liquidity positions align with structured governing documents.
- Managing the integration of investors into borrowing bases and tracking compliance with clean-down provisions for various financing lines.
- Directly supervising external service providers to ensure the integrity of data processed across asset servicing systems.
- Evaluating asset eligibility and concentration limits while proactively identifying valuation events within the private credit portfolio.
You will ideally have:
- A minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience within the fund financing or asset-backed funding space at a bank, asset manager, or servicer.
- A strong background in credit analysis, ideally covering leverage finance, direct lending, or CLOs.
- Proven technical proficiency in Excel, with the ability to help automate and streamline internal reporting processes.
- Experience navigating the legal and technical nuances of structured credit documents, including reinvestment and availability periods.
- A collaborative mindset with the communication skills necessary to bridge gaps between internal investment teams and external stakeholders.
