Key Responsibilities
- Execute Structured Finance Deals: Assist in the execution of buy-side and sell-side advisory, and transaction services.
- Develop Analytical Tools: Collaborate on the creation and maintenance of risk management and analytical tools for asset portfolios and macro variables.
- Conduct Research and Analysis: Independently research and present findings on topics like property valuation, model optimization, and ML/AI applications, and conduct ad-hoc data analysis.
