A great opportunity for an analyst/associate to join a market-leading structured products team in London, working across the full universe of public and private securitisation. You will model and analyse some of the most sophisticated securitised products in the market – spanning ABS, CLOs, RMBS, CMBS, SRT/capital relief trades, asset-based finance (ABF), fund finance and whole loan pools – for clients that include the world's largest banks, asset managers and hedge funds.

The team pairs the backing and connectivity of a major global business with a genuinely nimble, entrepreneurial culture, and is investing heavily in best-in-class technology, from in-house cash flow engines and data infrastructure to embedding AI at the heart of its processes. You will develop quickly on both the technical and commercial fronts, progressing from deal modelling and written analysis into direct client interaction, pitching and product demonstrations.

If you have genuine depth in at least one securitised asset class, strong modelling skills and the work ethic to match a high-volume, fast-growing platform, this is an exceptional place to build a career in structured finance.

You will be involved in:

  • Modelling and analysing a broad range of structured products, including ABS, CLOs, RMBS, CMBS, SRT, fund finance, public and private ABF, and whole loan pools.
  • Working through complex securitisation structures – building and calibrating cash flow models, and assessing collateral performance, leverage and where the risk sits in the capital structure.
  • Preparing high-quality written analysis, reports and presentation materials for sophisticated institutional clients, with your work reviewed at board level.
  • Using, building and optimising market-leading technology – models, cash flow engines, data infrastructure and dashboards – including initiatives embedding AI into the team's workflow.
  • Growing your client exposure over time, progressing from written correspondence to leading client discussions, pitching, marketing and product demonstrations.

You will have:

  • 1–5 years' relevant experience in structured/securitised products from, e.g., a bank structuring desk, advisory firm, rating agency or financial analytics provider.
  • Genuine in-depth expertise in at least one asset class (e.g., ABS, CLOs, RMBS, CMBS, SRT, ABF, Fund Finance), with the ability to talk fluently about structures, cash flows and risk factors.
  • Strong modelling skills, including a demonstrated ability to build and interrogate complex cash flow models; Python proficiency, or a keen appetite for AI-enabled tooling, is a real advantage.
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills, with the polish to produce client-ready reports and materials.
  • An exceptional work ethic and attention to detail, and the drive to thrive in a high-volume, entrepreneurial and fast-growing team.

If you are a motivated analyst or associate looking for a varied, impactful opportunity, we would welcome your application.
