We’re working with a top-tier credit investor in London that is continuing to scale its Fund Finance capability. As part of this growth, they are hiring an Associate to join their London team. This is a high-impact role offering exposure across ABL and subscription line facilities, with direct interaction across investment, treasury, and external lending partners.
The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of monitoring and reporting across a growing portfolio of private funds financing facilities, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and proactive performance oversight as the platform continues to expand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex credit structures, improving reporting processes, and engaging with both internal stakeholders and external counterparties.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead reporting and monitoring across ABL and subscription line facilities
- Prepare and review borrowing base reports and compliance certificates
- Monitor drawdowns, repayments, and cash waterfalls
- Track key facility terms (availability periods, reinvestment periods, covenants)
- Assess asset eligibility, valuation events, and concentration limits
Your Profile
- 2–3+ years’ experience in fund financing, structured credit, or similar
- Background from a bank, asset manager, or similar
- Good understanding of credit analysis (leveraged finance, direct lending, CLOs, or similar)
- Experience with ABL borrowing base models and facility monitoring
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and confident communicating across teams
- Pro-active character able to work in a team as well as autonomously
