The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.
To augment our market leading position, we are searching for an Associate Consultant, who has a strong work ethic and the ability to work at pace, whilst managing multiple priorities. This position is likely to suit an individual with some previous work experience, ideally within a corporate, office based environment.
The role will involve obtaining new clients for the business, as well as identification of appropriate talent for our current clients. Confidence and proactivity with regards to business development will be essential. As you will be instrumental in identifying talent, defining and refining shortlists and managing the process from client briefing through to successful completion; you must be organised, possess strong attention to detail and have the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
