  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure financial strategy aligns with on-the-ground realities.
  • Lead production of accurate, auditable monthly management accounts, board reporting, and financial forecasts.

  • Serve as the primary financial advisor to the Board and senior leadership team.
  • Build trusted relationships with investors, banks, and external partners.
  • Partner with departments to strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
  • Present financial results and strategic recommendations clearly and confidently.
  • Provide commercial insight and constructive challenge to senior stakeholders with integrity and discretion.

Person Specification

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
  • Proven management experience within a senior finance role, ideally as a Finance Director or Head of Finance.
  • Minimum of 10 years' post-qualification experience.
  • Extensive background in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • A proven track record as a senior finance leader, contributing beyond finance to wider business strategy.
  • Experience appraising investment opportunities and raising finance.
  • Experience operating within a multi-site and growing organisation.
  • Experience in the private parking sector.
  • Experience working closely with operational teams in a commercial, service-led or property related business.
