Overview

RCP the UKs leading family run car park operator of choice, is expanding our field operations team and we are currently recruiting for a Car Park Attendant (Full Time) to support our car park sites across Norfolk.

This will be 40 hours per week, on a rota basis (Monday-Sunday). During seasonal periods and local events, additional overtime hours may be made available to provide more support to our customers as required.

Responsibilities

  • To ensure the safety, security and service of RCP’s car parks, our customers and local property.
  • To assist customers to park and provide great customer service, being a friendly face to help with making payments on machines/ mobile applications etc.
  • To patrol the car park and carry out daily safety and operational checks.
  • To be responsible for cleaning, litter picking, vegetation management, surface repairs and maintenance of allocated areas.
  • To carry out relevant basic maintenance of payment machines and other company equipment.
  • To check all entry tickets/permits are valid and issue parking charge notices to vehicles deemed to have parked in contravention.
  • To support with wider operational projects such as mobilisation of site changes, new site set ups and de installation requirements.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Full driving licence is required for this role due to operational driving duties.
  • Full training provided and a supportive work culture as a recognised Great Place To Work UK certified employer in the parking industry sector.
