Join Our New Minor Injury and Illness Unit – Advanced Nurse Practitioner.

Location: The Wilmslow Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare UK

Shift Times: Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm

Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent

Salary: Competitive (dependent on skills & experience) plus attractive benefits package.

Are you an Advanced Nurse Practitioner who is highly motivated and passionate about urgent care or emergency medicine? We are looking for an ANP to join the team and help shape the future of patient care in this state-of-the-art facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved from the ground up, working alongside a passionate and dynamic team within an exciting new setting.

You will be an integral part of delivering high-quality, patient-centred care for a wide range of minor injuries and illnesses, providing triage, assessment, treatment, and support for patients in a busy, fast-paced environment. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you’ll have the support and resources to offer the best care possible.

What You’ll Bring

  • Registered Adult (NMC)
  • Masters in Advanced Practice
  • Independent Non-Medical Prescriber
  • Experience in Minor Injury Unit/Urgent Care, Accident & Emergency, or a similar setting
  • Strong clinical assessment skills in both minor injuries and illness
  • X-ray interpretation skill
  • ALS/ILS (Desirable but training will be provided)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A passion for delivering high standards of patient care in a collaborative setting
