The Role
- As a Functional Assessor with Ingeus, you'll use your clinical reasoning to assess how health conditions impact daily living.
- Conduct telephone, video or face‑to‑face assessments.
- Review medical evidence and complete clinical triage.
- Use focused questioning and active listening.
- Produce clear, structured reports to strict standards that enable DWP decision making.
What You Need
- NMC or HCPC registration with no restrictions.
- Minimum 12 months of recent UK post‑registration experience.
- Have been practising as a clinician in the UK over the last 12 months.
- Experience working with a wide range of adult conditions across different clinical scenarios.
- Strong written communication skills and be comfortable using computers.
- High attention to detail and objectivity.
