Rcnilearning is seeking a Nursing Associate to join our neonatal team at a 17-baby Local Neonatal Unit caring for babies born from 27 weeks’ gestation onwards. We value families and Family Integrated Care and are working towards BFI Stage 3 accreditation.
Previous baby/child experience not essential; we welcome candidates with the right values and willingness to learn. The role offers comprehensive training, ongoing support and development opportunities to grow in neonatal care.
